Coffee With ORPA - Managing Project Costs
This session is an introduction to the federal requirements of OMB Circular A-21 (Cost Principles for Educational Institutions) and OMB Circular A-110 (Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Other Agreements with Institutions of Higher Education, Hospitals and Other Non-Profit Organizations).
Case studies will be used to understand the concept of costs being consistent, allowable, allocable, reasonable and necessary.
Audience: It is intended for the beginner and those department administrators who are involved in the day to day management of costs on federally funded projects.
