Are You Registered Electronically?
Many sponsors utilize electronic portals for submission of proposals via the internet. Program announcements may make reference to registering or subscribing to their on-line registration system. The University is already a registered user in many of these systems. Some of these submission portals include the following:
- Central Contractor Registration (CCR)
- Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA)
- Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS)
- Grants.gov
Some online submission portals may also require that the Principal Investigator (PI) or Co-Principal Investigator (co-PI) initiate a profile or establish an affiliation with the University. The table below lists some of the more common registration portals and the responsible party to contact to establish an identity.
