Since January 1, 2011, NIH has required the electronic submission of Appointment Forms and Termination Notices via xTrain for Research Training, Fellowship, Education, and Career Awards. Paper forms are no longer accepted.  xTrain provides Principal Investigators, University administrators, and trainees the ability to electronically prepare and submit Statement of Appointment, Reappointments, Amendments and Termination Notices associated with the following awards:
