As required by the State of New Jersey Cost Controlling Initiatives, the State of New Jersey now requires all grant applicants to upload with their proposal submissions the following three items:
Statement of Total Gross Revenue (can be found in the A-133 report titled, "Consolidated Statements of Activities") - click the link for the Annual Audit Report below for information.
Please be aware that a Tax Clearance Certificate can take up to three weeks to process from the State of New Jersey. Notify ORPA as soon as you are aware of a proposal to any New Jersey Agency.
When logged into the NJ SAGE system it is not possible to delete an application. It is possible, when logged in as an Authorized Official or Agency Administrator, to cancel an application by changing the status to “Application Canceled.” If an application status is accidentally changed to canceled, you can have the application routed back to you for proper submission by calling the SAGE help desk at (609) 292-8134. Submission would still need to be complete by the deadline.
