Kim Jackson, Director, Transportation & Parking Services, is responsible for providing leadership, expertise and management for the administration of the Princeton University parking and transportation operations, services, facilities and programs. Kim is responsible for developing a comprehensive vision, mission, set of goals and policies and procedures, with input, collaboration and commitment from the entire University community. She is the campus advocate for accessing, evaluating and when appropriate recommending changes and improvements for University parking and transportation, consistent with the Princeton University campus planning process and collaborating with other University departments and constituencies.

Kathleen Bozowski is the Assistant Director, Parking. She is responsible for the development, administration and management of the Parking Program on the Princeton University campus. Kathleen is responsible for analyzing the parking program needs, developing and implementing polices, collecting data and information, issuing recommendations and implementing policies and procedures while exceeding the needs and expectations of the University Community through exceptional customer service emphasizing flexibility, fairness, sensitivity and mutual respect to achieve overall University parking goals and objectives.

Andrea DeRose is the Manager of the Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Program responsible for the development, administration, management and evaluation of the program. She is responsible for promoting commuting alternatives that reduce carbon emissions and carbon footprint, developing and implementing polices which create fiscal incentives for using alternatives and disincentives for driving single occupancy vehicles; promoting program options and opportunities and implementing policies and procedures to achieve overall TDM goals.

Valerie Bosley is one of four Customer Service Representatives for Transportation & Parking Services. She is responsible for sharing information and educating our customers about parking, the rules and regulations and other transportation options, working within the framework of the Campus Plan. Valerie heads the parking citation appeals that come to the office, attending the appeals committee meetings and insuring final disposition to the customer.

Laine Santoro is one of four Customer Service Representatives for Transportation & Parking Services. She is responsible for sharing information and educating our customers about parking, the rules and regulations and other transportation options, working within the framework of the Campus Plan.
Laine works closely with Public Safety providing them with monthly/yearly citation data. She processes a majority of the emails that require booth notification entries for DPS Officers and issues departmental guest parking passes.

Hours of Operation
Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, and Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm during the academic year. All closings will be recorded on our voice mail message and posted on our website.
