Start a Company
Some inventions are more appropriate for development by a start-up company rather than pursuing a licensing strategy. We can assist inventors on the creation of a start-up, including attracting managerial talent and identifying start-up capitalization resources. We can also advise inventors on University policies concerning conflict of interest, equity distribution and participation in the company while on the faculty.
