Materials Science Day
Materials Science Day is PCCM's program to introduce hundreds of middle school students to the field of materials science and engineering. Building on our success of the Making Stuff at Princeton program, partially supported by WGBH NOVA and the Science and Engineering Expo, we have started this program to focus more on materials science to make it a deeper and richer exposure to materials science. Faculty and graduate students conduct auditorium shows and hands-on, inquiry based activities at tables for middle school students.
