Young Women's Conference
The 10th annual Young Women's Conference took place on the Princeton campus on March 23, and welcomed 295 middle and high school age girls. Students hailed from 31 schools from around New Jersey, and comprised the largest crowd the YWC has yet seen. Students received engaging lab tours and watched exciting demos across all of Princeton's science departments. In addition to exploring the labs, the 7th through 10th graders took part in hands-on science activities in the Frist Campus Center and listened to inspiring talks led by Ecology and Evolutionary Biology Professor Andrea Graham, as well as Princeton Plasma Physics' Dr. Stephanie Wissel and Dr. Francesca Poli.
