Title: Nonequilibrium quantum dynamics of artificial matter
Abstract: Nonequilibrium dynamics plays a prominent role in many-body systems realized with artificial matter. In this talk I will discuss two examples relevant to recent experiments: competition of pairing and magnetism near Feshbach resonances in ultracold fermions, and realization of topological states with photons.
