High Energy Theory Seminar - Ofer Aharony, Weizmann Institute - "From 4d dualities to 3d dualities"
It was found in the 1990s that many pairs of supersymmetric gauge theories with four supercharges, both in four and in three space-time dimensions, have the same low-energy dynamics. I will describe how to
find relations between the low-energy dualities in four and in three dimensions. This talk is based on ongoing work, in collaboration with Shlomo Razamat, Nati Seiberg and Brian Willett.
