High Energy Experimental Physics Seminar-Status and Prospects for Higgs Coupling Measurements -Marco Zanetti, MIT
A summary of results from CMS on the recently discovered Higgs boson is presented. Of particular importance are the Higgs couplings. Results to date are consistent with standard model expectations, but are limited in precision owing to a lack of statistics. Prospects for future improvements at an upgraded LHC, which will be capable of providing a much larger dataset, are presented. Comparisons with other future projects, such as the International Linear Collider, are discussed.
