Passports and Visas
A passport, valid for 6 months after departure from Baku, is required. To apply for or renew a passport, please consult: http://travel.state.gov/passport/passport_1738.html.
Students may also apply for a passport through the post office in Palmer Square.
 
A visa is required for U.S. citizens to enter Azerbaijan. Information regarding visas for U.S. citizens and non-U.S. citizens will be available from the seminar administrator.
 
Housing and Meals
Students will share double rooms at a hotel in Baku.  Information will be available from the seminar administrator.
Breakfast is included with the hotel stay, but all other meals will be at the students’ expense.
