A two-part application form, with instructions that are intended to be self-explanatory. These forms contain editable text fields, which can be completed using Acrobat Reader software.

Candidate’s application   Part I of the application (pages 1-2).

This is to be filled in and submitted by the applicant only. In order to apply for the Princeton Prize, the candidate must currently be enrolled in grades 9-12.

Supporter’s form   Part II of the application (page 3).

All applicants must arrange to have a supporter fill in and submit this form. (It is not necessary for the form to be completed using a computer.) The supporter must be a teacher, adviser, community or religious leader, or other responsible individual — not related to the candidate — who knows about the candidate's participation in the activity described in the application.

The forms are designed to be downloaded, completed, signed and mailed to us. Alternatively, printed materials can be obtained by contacting us directly by mail, phone or e-mail using the contact information provided below.

All forms must be postmarked by January 31, and mailed to the Princeton Prize in Race Relations at the address provided below.

NOTE: During the 2009–10 school year, the Princeton Prize awards program will be available to students attending school in the greater Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Los Angeles, Memphis, Miami, Nashville, New York City, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Princeton, Rochester, St. Louis, San Francisco, Washington, D.C. metropolitan areas, Seattle/Western Washington State, Northern New Jersey and the state of Connecticut.
