Application Information and Instructions

The Princeton Prize application process consists of two parts (Part I and Part II). Each part can be separately completed online—OR—downloaded, printed and mailed. Alternatively, printed application materials can be mailed to you directly by contacting us by phone (800-742-1036) or email (pprize@princeton.edu).

Candidate's Application—Part I

This is to be filled in and submitted by the applicant only. In order to apply for the Princeton Prize, the candidate must currently be enrolled in grades 9-12.

Submit application Part I online*—OR—Download, print and mail Part I [PDF]

*Since it is not possible to save a partially completed application online, please plan on completing and submitting PART I of the online application in one session. We also suggest you save a copy of your application answers before you begin the online application.

Supporter's Form—Part II

All applicants must arrange to have a supporter fill in and submit this form. The supporter must be a teacher, adviser, community or religious leader, or other responsible individual—not related to the candidate—who knows about the candidate's participation in the activity described in the application.

Submit application Part II online **—OR—Download, print and mail Part II [PDF]

**Since it is not possible to save a partially completed form online, please plan on completing and submitting Part II in one session. We also suggest you save a copy of your supporter responses before filling out the online form.

All forms must be submitted online or postmarked by January 31, 2015. If mailing an application, please use the Princeton Prize in Race Relations address provided below.
