Places of WorshipThe town of Princeton has churches representing most major Protestant denominations, a Catholic church, a synagogue, a Unitarian church, Eastern Orthodox services, and services of many other religions. The Princeton Weekly Bulletin lists religious services and activities as well as the names of the various clergy. Princeton newspapers also carry information on religious activities, and an extensive list may be found online. During the academic year a University worship service is held on Sunday at 11:00 a.m. at the University Chapel. Summer services are held on Sunday at 10:00 a.m. The chapel is not affiliated with any denomination; all are welcome to join the chapel fellowship while retaining membership in their own churches. |
