United Way campaign update Campaign volunteers from Princeton had an opportunity to see funds in action Nov. 29 when they visited two agencies supported by the United Way of Greater Mercer County. From left, Sally Van Fleet of Computing and Information Technology and Kathleen DeGennaro of the Office of the General Counsel learned about the Princeton Senior Resource Center's HomeFriends Program from client Dorothy Jackson and her homefriend Nancy Grant. HomeFriends is a visitor program that seeks to fill the need for companionship and support for homebound seniors and disabled persons. Earlier in the day, the campaign volunteers visited the Millhill Child & Family Development Corp. for abused and neglected children and their families in Trenton. The University's United Way campaign is scheduled to run through Dec. 15.
