University community offered free public library
cards
Princeton NJ -- In appreciation of the University's
commitment to the community and the welfare of the Princeton
Public Library, the public library trustees and
administration have decided to offer free borrowing
privileges to all University faculty, staff and students,
even if they are not residents of Princeton Borough or
Princeton Township.
Previously, University employees who were non-Princeton
residents had to pay $25 per year for public library
borrowing cards. Now all that is necessary for a free
library card is a Princeton University identification
card.

five years old. Applications for the fall of 2002 will be
