Service Recognition, 2003
A total of 348 University staff members with a collective 6,485 years of service were honored for their dedication Feb. 6 at the annual Service Recognition Luncheon (see related article). They included:
four employees with 40 years of service, who received Italian burl-wood boxes with a 10-karat gold University shield on the front.
10 employees with 35 years of service, who received Tiffany watches with the design of the University mace on the dial.
25 employees with 30 years of service, who received specially struck commemorative medals displaying the open doors of Nassau Hall on the front and the employee's name on the back.
71 employees with 25 years of service, who received chairs bearing a copy of the University seal.
48 employees with 20 years of service, who received certificates of recognition embossed with a copper-engraved shield and banner.
103 employees with 15 years of service, who received certificates.
87 employees with 10 years of service, who received certificates.
