Name: Raia Wielandy.
Position: Administrative assistant in the Study Abroad Program. Assisting students with applications to study abroad and helping them with non-academic issues such as obtaining visas, housing and health insurance.
Quote: "I enjoy working with the students and helping them prepare to go abroad. It's really a wonderful opportunity for them, and I'm glad to be a part of it. It's also great fun to hear about their experiences when they return. I love to travel, and I now have a long list of places I'd like to visit based on the stories and pictures that they share."
Other interests: Hiking and camping with her husband. Weaving scarves, placemats and baby blankets for friends and family on her 36-inch floor loom.
