Position: Assistant in the Department of Religion. Assisting Professor Cornel West and the administrative staff with administrative duties.

Professor West is one of the most gracious and appreciative human beings I've ever met. It's an honor and a pleasure to work with him. I really like working here -- it's a very warm and dedicated department. We are a great team."

Other interests: Rodriguez returned to the workforce last fall after staying home for 11 years to raise her three daughters, ages 8, 10 and 12. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children, home decorating and design, and listening to music.
