Name: Joyce Slack.

Position: Programs manager for the Princeton Institute for International and Regional Studies. Keeping track of requirements for students earning certificates in the Program in African Studies and the Program in Contemporary and European Politics and Society. Coordinating schedules and travel plans for visiting scholars. Also working with the Program in French Studies and the Committee for South Asian Studies.

Quote: "I've worked at Princeton since 1972, and I have made a lot of really good friends over the years. I love working with the students. They come to me sometimes for advice, and I really enjoy being helpful to them."

Other interests: Cooking and reading. Vacationing in the Caribbean with her husband and two daughters.

Subscriptions. The Bulletin is distributed free to faculty, staff and students.
