Salaried Temporary Full-time Position (2 positions available)

The Food Service Position is responsible for the dining services on the Blairstown Campus of the Princeton-Blairstown Center. This person will design and help prepare well-balanced meals with a concern for quality, sustainability, presentation, safety and cost. The incumbent actively leads both staff and participants during restorations. May be assigned other activities, such as ordering food, menu planning, inventory and possibly scheduling kitchen staff. Must maintain a clean kitchen and dining hall. 2 positions available – responsibilities will be assigned according to experience and ability.

Salary commensurate with experience. 

ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to attain upon hire

Experience working in a commercial kitchen

Experience cleaning

Must be willing to be a team player and work with a diverse group of clients and co-workers.

Must be able to read and understand English and be able to follow directions and read and prepare food from a recipe.

Willing to do tasks outside the job description if necessary

Ability to be flexible with hours
