Program Planning Timeline
The Reservation Process (6 months in advance)

Call Princeton-Blairstown Center and a Program Coordinator will be happy to discuss programming options, date availability and cost.
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your dates. PLEASE NOTE: Until the 25% non-refundable deposit is received, the dates are considered open.
Checks and credit cards (Mastercard and Visa only) are accepted.

- Make bus transportation arrangements.
The Planning Process - Part 1 (6 weeks in advance)
- Read through the Program Planning Guide (.pdf) and decide on two to three concrete and specific goals. Share these goals with your PBC Program Coordinator, who will create a program that meets them.
- Plan your chaperone and participant meetings to discuss the goals of the program and to prepare for the visit.
The Planning Process - Part II (A month in advance of your trip)
- Mail the remaining deposit of 25% of the total for your trip to the Princeton office.
- Send in your signed Reservation Agreement.
- Send in your Liability Insurance Form from your business office.
- Meet with participants and discuss

- Prepare a medical kit.
- Organize students into activity groups and cabin groups.
- Call the PBC Program Coordinator to confirm your numbers.
WE ASK FOR THE FINAL NUMBERS TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR PROGRAM. THESE NUMBERS WILL APPEAR ON YOUR BILL. - Mail in all Health and Waiver forms for all participants and chaperones visiting the center. Make sure they are signed by a parent or guardian. Activities will not begin until they are reviewed, so please be sure to send them to us in advance of your visit.
- Confirm bus/transportation arrangements.
- Arrange final payment for your visit.
- Meet with chaperones and distribute the following:

-- Discuss chaperones' roles and emergency procedures. - Create a plan with the chaperones for supervising participants when they are not in PBC programming. We have a basketball court, two football fields, a volleyball court, frisbee golf and board games.

The Day of your Program
- Confirm your departure date and time with the bus company. Be sure to bring a copy of our directions. GPS directs buses on a route they cannot travel.
- Count the students and chaperones.
- Bring the following:
-- Copies of activity schedule for each chaperone
-- List of all activity groups and cabin groups. Have a copy of this to give to the PBC Coordinator when you arrive at PBC.
