Overview

The Office of Printing and Mailing produces letterheads, business cards, memo pads, invitations, posters, large banners, flyers, brochures, books, newsletters, certificates, calendars, just about anything you can print on paper. Not only that; did you know our office offers these services? Design, illustration, typesetting, large format printing, dry mounting, personalized laser letters and postcards, scanning, xeroxing, color copying, printing (one to four color process), cutting, collating, punching, perforating, folding, scoring, binding, laminating, ink jet addressing, automatic inserting, mass email, mailing list standardization, metering, wafer sealing, live stamp affixing, bulk mailing, packaging, shipping…and our list keeps growing.

Printing and Mailing is Mac- and PC-based and we support various software packages. We house up-to-date equipment including the Xerox iGen3 Digital Production Press, Xerox Docutech 6180, Epson Stylus Pro 9880 wide format color printer, Presstek Dimension (computer-to-plate system), Ryobi and Sakurai presses, VideoJet Printer, Bell and Howell Inserter, Neopost Meter/Mail Machine...just to name a few.
