Student Mail Package Delivery

Student Package Notification Process

When Mail Services receives packages for students, they will be sent an email notification advising when and where to pick up their packages. Please wait until you receive an email notification to pick up your package.

Students must show their TigerCard in order to pick up their packages.

Student Package Pick-up Information
August 19th through October 19th

For UPS packages only, please pick up at:
Pyne Circle Temporary Package Site (Starts 8/18)
The Pyne Circle Tent Package location is on Pyne Drive past Dillon Gym and
adjacent to Little Hall, across from Laughlin Hall.


For US Postal Service, FedEx, DHL, and other packages, please pick up at:

Beginning 8/18 through 8/29:
Monday - Friday only, 10 am - 4:30 pm

MoveIN Package Hours, Frist & Pyne Circle:
Freshman: Saturday, August 30, 8 am to 3 pm
Upperclass: Saturday, 9/6, 8 am to 5 pm | Sunday, 9/7, 9 am to 12 pm

Monday - Friday: 10 am to 9 pm
Saturday 10 am to 2 pm

Due to high package volumes, it may be necessary for students to pick up packages at both the New South and Frist Campus Center locations.
