Deb is responsible for the overall management of Print and Mail Services at Princeton University, which includes customer service, production art, print production operations, mail preparation services and external print procurement. In addition, Deb manages Mail Services including campus mail delivery, student mailboxes and the student package program. Deb oversees the on-demand Digital Print Center at 201 Nassau Street specializing in client consultation for print, production art and wide format output.

Tony’s primary responsibilities are for oversight of the financial, administrative and operational elements at Print and Mail Services. This includes management of financial records and systems within University compliance, financial budget analysis, payroll controls, departmental purchasing, invoicing and accounts payable/receivable.

Darcy is our Production Artist based at the Digital Print Center. Her primary responsibilities are the graphic production of publications. In addition, she assists clients with on-demand printing needs and is skilled at operating the digital output devices at the Digital Print Center.

Jim is the graphics specialist for Print and Mail Services. He is responsible for the production of large format posters, signage and indoor/outdoor banners on a wide variety of media. In addition, Jim assists clients with on-demand printing needs and is skilled in operating the digital printing equipment at the Digital Print Center.

Bob Keller is the Production Supervisor for Print and Mail Services. His primary responsibilities are overseeing and managing the production operations; specifically the finishing and delivery of print jobs. Other responsibilities include managing production staff, quality control, queue management, ordering stock and overseeing the maintenance of production equipment.

Tim is responsible for mail preparation services at the in-plant facility at 701 Forrestal Road. This includes mailing list services, presort mail, variable data, insertion services and completion and delivery of Princeton mail to the United States Post Office. In addition, Tim is in charge of international mail, campus mail delivery, student mailboxes, student package disbursement and oversight of Mail Services at New South.

Jim incorporates the responsibilities of a digital press lead operator with production coordination. Additionally, Jim assists the Production Supervisor with overall in-plant production operations, including quality control, queue management and job scheduling. Jim is a certified iGen operator.

Joe is the Production Assistant Supervisor for Print and Mail Services where he divides his time between print production and processing variable data for mailing. As a certified iGen operator, his responsibilities include digital printing. Other responsibilities include address lists for mailing such as presorting.

Barbara is responsible for client relations and business development for Print and Mail Services. She provides campus-based access for customer services such as client consultation for print options, marketing conceptualization, production art, on-demand digital print services and wide format output at our on-campus location. Barbara handles estimates, job scheduling and production operations at the Digital Print Center.
