Printing & Mailing Consultation
If you are unsure how to begin your upcoming print or mailing project, visit our on-campus Digital Print Center at 201 Nassau Street for a consultation. We offer expert advice regarding paper choices, finishing, printing techniques, production schedules and guidance on how to make your project both memorable and cost-effective, as well as provide various samples for you to look over. If you are planning to do a mailing, we will review your mail piece, providing insight into US Postal nonprofit guidelines and regulations. Estimating & Price Quoting

Production Art Graphics
Print Services can provide eye-catching graphics and configure your files for printing, including page layout. We provide illustration, photography, and photo research from our extensive library of reference materials. If you provide files, we will review them prior to printing and make any necessary adjustments to help ensure you receive the highest quality output. Print Services also maintains an archive of print jobs, making reprints and file retrieval easy and accessible for future orders.

External Vendor Management
If your print job requires outsourcing (jobs that include die cuts, foil stamps, custom folds, exact match inks, metallic inks, etc.), Print Services will obtain competitive bids to ensure you receive the best pricing from reliable printers through our Print Partnership Program. We provide estimates and manage the project from beginning to end.

Paper Selection & Purchasing
Interested in specialty paper? The Digital Print Center has a huge supply of swatch books to choose from. We are happy to advise you on paper selection, provide a cost estimate, and order the stock you need.
