Eldar Shafir’s work focuses on descriptive analyses of inference, judgment, and decision-making, and on issues related to behavioral economics, focusing primarily on how people make decisions in situations of conflict and uncertainty. His work has been published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, Psychological Science, Cognition, and the Quarterly Journal of Economics. Ph.D. Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
