James Coan a junior in the Woodrow Wilson School. Reducing America's dependence on foreign oil is his primary policy interest, and he is interested in how northeastern states have joined together in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative. He is the president of the student-run think tank Roosevelt Institution on campus, leads the Mathey College Civic Responsibility and Community Engagement Committee, and works for the Princeton Progressive Nation magazine.
