The Institute sponsors three types of forums for the development and exchange of information: conferences, lunch seminars and roundtables.

  • Conferences provide half or full-day panel discussions and usually focus on original papers commissioned from invited speakers. The papers and panel commentary are published. Members of the public may register to attend these proceedings.
  • Lunch seminars bring policy experts and practitioners to campus for informal conversations with students and faculty. A few seats are usually available for members of the public.
  • Roundtables provide a smaller forum for informal policy discussions and are not open to the public.

The published proceedings of conferences contain the original papers commissioned by the Institute and a summary of the panel discussions. The information and opinions expressed in these reports are those of the authors and participants and do not necessarily represent those of the Institute or its employees.
