Conrad Silvestre teaches microfabrication in the C402/404/406/408/422 labs, and conducts maintenance and training on PRISM Clean Room Tystar, Thermco, RCA Wet Bench, and Gas Alarm System. He also assists in Clean Room management.
Yong Sun

Nanolithography Engineer |
I am here to help solve your lithography-related problems. As a researcher myself, I have made many mistakes in the field that you do not necessarily have to make. I welcome everyone to contact me for a discussion on his/her projects. Also feel free to approach me for training of instruments in the cleanroom. My special responsibility will be on the Raith eline, Heidelberg DWL66, Karl Suss contact aligner, Nanonex, etc. But do not hesitate to ask me for training on other tools as well.
