Basic microfabrication techniques courses
The MNFL access course requirement may be satisfied by one of the following at this site:
- The 5 session MNFL-run microfabrication class, which runs monthly. This hands-on class qualifies new users to operate several tools including the MA6 contact printer, the Yes prime oven, the Tepla M4L etcher, and Westbond die bonder, and will meet all but the final authorization requirements for several others, such as the KLA profilometer, the SAMCO 800 etcher, the Plasma-Therm 790 PECVD tool, ADT dicing saw, and the Angstrom e-beam evaporator.
- ELE 208, a spring semester undergraduate course.
- MSE 531, a fall semester graduate course.
- MSE 302, an undergraduate course.
