- Go to the PRISM Cleanroom Manager application.
- Log in using your University Netid and password.
- Click on the text "Faculty Advisor Decision".
- Requests that list you as a "Faculty Advisor" are displayed within this list. The most recent requests are listed first. Requests that await your decision have a "red" background color and display the word "Pending" in the Decision column. Requests you have previously made a decision will display a "green" background with the word "Approved" or a "yellow" background with the word "Declined". Each row displays all relevant information contained within the request, including who issued the request, the timeframe and cost of the request, as well as information on the decision you had reached previously. You will receive an email periodically should any new requests arrive that list you as a "Faculty Advisor".
- After reviewing the contents of the request, click on the button that indicates your decision. For example, in this instance you previously pressed the "Decline" button for the request with ID number "1". To alter that decision, click on the "Approve" button to the left of Request 1. The screen updates immediately indicating your current decision.
