Our MSE 505 S2012 class visited DuPont Company in Wilmington, Delaware on the afternoon of April 19. It was fascinating for our 31 students to see the impressive facilities and advanced equipment in use at the DuPont research center.
PUMRS is an active student club formed in 2007 to generate student interest in materials science. The club organizes several types of events with professors and other materials students per academic year, i.e., study breaks, field trips, course advising, etc.
