Prof. Chou's research focuses on nanotechnology and nanoscale electronic, optoelectronic, magnetic devices, such as nanoimprint, self-assembly, reactive ion etching, single electron transistors, subwavelength optical elements, patterning of nanoscale organic light emitters and transistors, growth of semiconductors and polymers on nanopatterned substrates, quantized magnetic disks, and giant magnetoresistance.
