OIT Interdepartmental Project Portfolio
The OIT Interdepartmental Project Portfolio (IPP) aims to improve communication across OIT regarding project work and resource requirements and to enable OIT to work more efficiently and effectively by planning for work rather than responding to last-minute requests. The IPP is not meant to be a comprehensive list of all OIT projects and efforts. Rather, IPP projects are interdepartmental, require more than two weeks of effort, and require resources from more than one OIT department.
