Janet has never met a project she didn’t like.  She joined OIT in 2011 with 26 years of experience in IT, over 15 of which have been in higher education consulting.  She has developed methodologies and applied best practices in the areas of IT Governance, Strategic Technology Planning and Project Management.  As an independent consultant, she helped senior managers to improve their organizations’ performance.  In her Princeton Project Office role, she leads a team that provides campus departments with services and tools for selecting and successfully completing key projects.  Janet invites all campus departments to reach out to her or anyone in the Project Office if we can be of any assistance with future projects.
