The Proposal will be made up of:

Proposal Identification
- Proposal Name
- Identify Requestor
- Identify name of Senior University Administrator responsible for business process
- Identify who will be leading this project
Proposal Need/Benefit
Why this project is important
Describe high level objectives, deliverables, scope
Is there a specific "window of opportunity"
Check all University constituencies that are impacted
Identify all Stakeholders
Are there alternatives to realize the desired outcome
Identify proposal cost
Describe the resources and funding required
Proposal Risk
