Meal Service
Prospect House offers members a choice of dining experiences.
The Garden Room, located on the main floor, offers a full-service, a la carte menu created especially for the sophisticated and diverse tastes of our Princeton University clients. Under the direct supervision of Prospects Executive Chef, each delicious meal is carefully created using the freshest and finest ingredients. Service in the lovely, glass-enclosed room with a spectacular view of the gardens is prompt and attentive and provides an outstanding experience from start to finish. The Garden Room offers a full selection of premium spirits and an extensive list of wines and beers.
On the lower level, the Tap Room offers a more casual cuisine in a self-service dining environment. There is a variety of hot and cold lunch entrées, a full selection of beverages and an assortment of delicious desserts. Food in the Tap Room may be eaten at one of the tables provided or packed to go.
During the academic year, an extensive Sunday Brunch is periodically served in the Garden Room. The menu features made-to-order omelets, Belgian waffles, antipasti table, bagels and smoked salmon display, homemade breakfast sausage, hot entrées, chefs carving station and desserts. Specialty beverages including Bellinis and Mimosas are also available.
