Rockefeller-Mathey Dining Facilities
The University's dining halls will be transformed into non-institutional, welcoming and distinctive eating spaces over the next several years. The project is part of the University's plan to enhance the residential college system to better serve students as well as to provide them with more options.
Renovations of the Rockefeller-Mathey dining facilities will take place during the summer of 2007. This rendering (top) of an eating area with mixed seating is one of the original design concepts. However, additional student input resulted in a more traditional design which is not currently shown. This rendering (bottom) of the marketplace concept will be implemented in the serveries.
