McMillan is an 6 node Beowulf cluster acquired through a partnership between HP, IBM and Research Computing. There are three types of nodes, all with GPUs. The cluster is intended for developing, debugging, and testing codes as well as for small production jobs.
Because McMillan is an experimental system, no files are ever backed up. A lost file is gone forever.
If you would like an account on McMillan, please click on the McMillan Registration link in the left-hand menu to fill out the registration form.
McMillan is down for maintenance on the second Tuesday of the month, from 6-10 AM.
