New Form for Biohazard and Recombinant DNA Registration
A new Biohazard/rDNA Registration Form (formerly called the MUA) is now available on the Biosafety Forms page. The form has been significantly revised. Some of the important changes are as follows: direct form submission is now possible by clicking on a “submit” button, sections of the form not pertinent to the particular research will be hidden, PIs will determine the exempt or non-exempt status of their research, and the review and approval schedule has been updated.
