Robertson Lawsuit Overview
This site contains background regarding the Robertson v. Princeton lawsuit filed against Princeton University by William Robertson and some members of the Robertson family in July 2002 in an attempt to seize control of funds that William's mother gave to Princeton in 1961, overturn a governance mechanism that she and her husband put in place to administer the funds, and use the funds for their own purposes.
