Study abroad experience: I went to Bermuda the summer of 2010 with the EEB department to study marine biology (EEB 312). I’ve also traveled to Cambodia during the summer of 2011 with the Office of Religious Life to study religious responses to human trafficking. This summer I’ll be traveling again with the Office of Religious Life to Eastern Europe to look at how religion has influenced the peace and reconciliation process in the region.
List of favorite courses: COS 340: Reasoning about Computation, COS 217: Introduction to Programming Systems, COS 402: Artificial Intelligence, ARA 101/102: Introductory Arabic, and my writing seminar on Contemporary American Prose with Carol Rigolot (She’s great! Take a writing seminar with her if you can).
Hello! I’m a senior from McLean, VA, right outside Washington, D.C. My sophomore year at Princeton I began programming for the first time in COS 126, and now I absolutely love computer science. I’m interested in using technology for economic and social development, and I’m hoping to pursue a career in that field. I also love playing sports, traveling, and hanging out with my two dogs. I’m very excited to meet the new Princetonians, although I must say I’m quite jealous because you all have four amazing years ahead of you at Princeton!
