Hi! I’m a senior from Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, concentrating in Anthropology with a certificate in Global Health and Health Policy. I am writing my thesis on the staggering language and cultural differences between metropolitan French obstetricians and midwives and the Maroon, Hmong, Chinese, and Creole women who travel from French Guiana, Suriname, Brazil, and Haiti to deliver at the hospital in St. Laurent, French Guiana. Outside of class, I volunteer as a certified doula in the Princeton and Philadelphia area and I tutor inmates through The Petey Greene Prisoner Assistance Program. I also have a passion for directing and acting. Feel free to ask me any questions about global health at Princeton, the premedical program, the Dale Summer Awards, eating club membership, theater, or Princeton life in general. I look forward to meeting you!
Best way to reach me: Email me at cweisber@princeton.edu and we can always set up a time to talk in person!
