Eugene Yi
I was born in Omaha although I grew up shuttling back and forth from Seattle and Seoul. I was in Rocky as an undergrad at Princeton and am excited to return to campus as a graduate student in the Woodrow Wilson School.
After graduating in the Class of 2008, I worked in the Department of Defense on national security issues regarding East Asia. I left the Pentagon to work in the U.S. Embassy in Beijing for two years. I follow cyber security issues, U.S. foreign policy towards East Asia, and new social media developments closely, especially in the context of China and the Korea peninsula. My other interests include playing music, traveling, biking, and tweeting (follow me @EugeNews).
