Cathy Chen
Hi y’all! My name is Cathy, and I grew up in the lovely town of Oxford, Mississippi (think William Faulkner and Ole Miss). I’m a junior in the Chemical and Biological Engineering Department and a pre-med as well. My activities on campus include the Taiwanese American Students Association and Student Health Advisory Board. I love PB&J sandwiches (grape jelly especially), old people (worked in assisted living last summer), and fresh laundry (thank goodness it’s free).
