Project Management for Princeton Projects
June 7, 701 Carnegie Center, MPR A, 9am - 12pm
The purpose of the course is to prepare participants to manage projects using the Princeton Project Management Methodology.
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Be familiar with the Princeton Project Management Methodology (PPMM)
- Understand how to initiate and manage a project
- Access Princeton’s templates and tools for project management
- Recognize basic campus readiness concepts
