If you plan to order an SCI computer before the end of the semester, you should be aware the computer will not likely arrive before you depart from campus. Please use a home address, summer address, or some other permanent address where the computer may be shipped. If you recently ordered a computer you may wish to contact the OIT Help Desk at 258- HELP (4357) to inquire about changing the 'ship to' address.

WELCOME CLASS OF 2016!
Congratulations to all students admitted to the class of 2016.
The SCI store for 2012-13 will open on June 12. You will be receiving information by mail outlining the new models and prices for 2012-13. You can log in as soon as you have a netID and password, but you should wait until the new store opens to get all the latest models and prices. Due to expected announcements from Intel, models from Dell and Apple may be changing in early to mid-June so always check the SCI page for updates on current models and prices.
The Student Computer Initiative (SCI) is a program that offers laptop computers that are specially configured for academic use at Princeton University, specially priced for Princeton students, and expertly supported by Office of Information Technology staff. The most notable benefits of an SCI computer are the convenience of on-campus technical support , the pre-installed software and Princeton-specific configuration, and the warranties negotiated in the price of each computer.
