Can I check the status of my SCI order?

Because the SCI program is very customized we recommend you contact the OIT Help Desk for information regarding your order. The Help Desk has a special set of tools to check the status of your order and can escalate your request to the proper group if more information is needed. Standard customer service with the vendors might not have the latest information and could inadvertently provide incomplete information.

The Help Desk is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. If additional information is required regarding your order the Help Desk might need to wait to contact the vendor during normal business hours.
