SCI computer orders generally take between 2 to 6 weeks to be delivered. Each SCI computer must be loaded with the SCI suite of software by the vendor before it ships. Because of this it is not possible to "rush delivery" of orders.
Dell Computer and Apple Computer use a variety of shipping providers and choose the one best suited to deliver to the address you provide.
SCI computers can be shipped to any of the 50 U.S. states. We recommend, if possible, that you order your SCI computer early and have it shipped to your home or summer address and bring it with you to campus. Orders placed during the school year should use your Frist mailbox address.
SCI computers cannot be shipped to international addresses, such as Canada, nor to U.S. territories (like Puerto Rico). If you reside outside of the 50 U.S. states, please wait until you arrive in Princeton to order your computer and have it shipped to your Frist mailbox address. OIT cannot provide a central address to receive or hold computers.
